Joshua Caldwell, The Hanover Insurance Group
Joshua Caldwell is Director of Contract Surety at Hanover Insurance Group. Over his 15-year career, he’s worked for a flooring contractor, launched a construction division at a small insurance agency, and held various roles in contract surety across Southern California. He earned his MBA from Jacksonville State University and BS from Cal Poly Pomona, holds the AFSB designation, and is a past president of the San Diego Surety Association. Joshua currently serves as Special Events Director for CFMA San Diego. He lives in Del Cerro with his wife and two children, and enjoys tennis, surfing, and snowboarding.

Jase Hamilton is a surety broker and partner at Cavignac with over 15 years of combined experience in underwriting and brokering. He specializes in building bond programs for contract and commercial clients across North America. Jase is active in the construction and surety communities through involvement with the Surety Association of San Diego, CFMA San Diego, NASBP, AGC, ASA, and ABC.
