Stacy O’Neal, Vice President, Zurich Contract Surety | Stacy O'Neal is an accomplished surety professional with a demonstrated 20+ year history of success working in the industry. He joined Zurich North America in 2016 as a Vice President within their Contract Surety unit. Stacy works with contracting clients across the United States through broker partners based in Alabama and Mississippi. Additionally, he serves as a referral underwriter within Zurich to support the underwriting team in the southeastern United States and Puerto Rico. Prior to joining Zurich, Stacy worked within the Construction Services unit at Travelers.
He is a member of various construction / surety industry organizations and previously served as the President of the Mississippi Surety Association. Stacy earned his Associate in Fidelity & Surety Bonding designation from the AICPCU in 2012 and he is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent in Mississippi.
Stacy earned a BBA from the University of Mississippi in 2003 and an MBA from the university in 2004.
Bryan Wilemon, Partner, Franks, Franks, Wilemon & Hagood, P.A. | Bryan Wilemon is managing partner of the firm Franks, Franks, Wilemon & Hagood, P.A. in Tupelo, Mississippi. He earned a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy degree in 1990 and a Masters of Professional Accountancy degree in 1991 from Mississippi State University. After college, Bryan joined a regional CPA firm in Jackson, Mississippi and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1993. He continued his work experience by joining Franks, Franks & Jarrell, P.A. in 1994 and later became a partner in 2003. The firm was later renamed to Franks, Franks, Wilemon and Hagood, P.A. In his current position with the firm, he specializes in serving clients in the construction industry and the governmental/non-profit arena. Bryan has over 34 years of experience in public accounting and is responsible for providing a full range of services, including electing and designing business structures, audit and attestation services, tax preparation, planning and compliance, estate tax planning, business succession planning and providing other business advisory and operations consulting services.
Bryan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), Construction Financial Management Association and the American Subcontractors Association. He has served on various committees with the Society (MSCPA). He also serves as County Administrator for Itawamba County, Mississippi.
