There are many types of unplanned events that can significantly disrupt your operations. Natural disasters, human-caused events, tech disasters, or a pandemic are just a few of many known hazards that can potentially disrupt normal operations. This training session is designed to introduce organization’s leadership teams to known best practices in business continuity management and established a shared awareness and understanding of how to become more prepared and resilient.

    Speaker Bios:

    75dc91ac-bf53-474c-b959-a7e36c1c8907Isaac Monson, MS is a Senior Risk Consultant with HUB International’s Risk Services Division specializing in helping organizations develop Security Risk Management Programs. He has over 15 years of professional experience managing risk in various public and private industry settings including state government, manufacturing, construction, retail, healthcare, and non-profits.

    As a member of HUB’s Organizational Resilience Team, Isaac develops and delivers prevention and preparedness focused solutions in the areas of Enterprise Security Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Cyber Risk Management, and Critical Incident Response Management.


    Brian J. Schnese is a Senior Risk Consultant with HUB International’s Risk Services Division and a member of the Division’s Organizational Resilience consulting team. Brian has over 15 years of professional experience in regulatory compliance and managing risk in state and federal government agencies, and in private industry operations including brick and mortar and online retail, supply chain, transportation, healthcare, and the financial industry.

    Brian is a former FBI Special Agent and was most recently a Senior Manager in the National Investigations Center of a Fortune 50 corporation. He has extensive training and experience in functional areas related to theft and fraud, law enforcement, crisis management, intelligence gathering/production, money laundering, organized retail crime, safety and security risk, non-violent intervention, assets protection, and investigations. He brings deep subject matter expertise in assessing and implementing internal controls, conducting complex financial fraud investigations, and building internal fraud prevention and resolution strategies.

    In his sales career, he has been a Property & Casualty Generalist, focusing on healthcare, construction, manufacturing, and alternative risk captive programs. Previous to HUB, as a partner with Assurance Agency, Gary was responsible for the overall program management of his clients - including program analysis and development, market communications, staff and sales management, and client service.

    In 2018, Gary joined HUB MWW Chicago as the Commercial Lines Middle Market Practice Leader. In this role, Gary led a team of 20 service staff professionals of varying levels to manage an $14 million agency revenue book of business. Responsibilities included the strategic oversight of product offerings, implementation and service delivery model, assisting producers and service staff with new business development and account retention, and successfully mentoring and developing the Chicago Generalist Practice service staff.
